摘要
目的观察医院教学信息管理平台在临床医学实习生中的运用效果。方法纳入医院临床医学专业实习生70名,对照组(n=35)采用常规管理模式,观察组(n=35)采用医院教学信息管理平台进行干预。评估两组临床医学实习生的考试成绩和教学效果。结果观察组考试成绩较对照组升高更为明显,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的主动学习能力、交流能力、学习目标明确程度、团队精神、临床思维能力、职业素养的提升度评分高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院教学信息平台在临床医学实习生中运用可有效提高实习生的考核成绩,提高实习生的临床思维并改善医学生的实习能力。
Objective To observe the effect of the hospital teaching information management platform in clinical medical interns.Methods 70 clinical medical interns in our hospital were enrolled,the control group(n=35)was given the normal management mode,the observation group(n=35)was given the hospital teaching information management platform for intervention.The test scores and teaching effect of the two groups of clinical medical interns was assessed.Results The scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the observation group,scores of active learning ability,communication ability,ensure the extent of learning goal clarity,team spirit,clinical thinking ability and professional literacy were higher than the control group.There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of hospital teaching information platform in clinical medical interns can effectively improve the performance of interns,improve the clinical thinking of clinical medical interns,and improve the internship ability of medical students.
