摘要
针对当前高校毕业生缺乏创新意识和创造能力,难以与社会产业转型升级需求相匹配,通过借鉴国外能力培养的先进教育理念,深入推进系统性、结构性、全局性的教育创新和教学改革,构建基于能力培养的应用型本科实践教学体系,突出以能力培养为重点,培养适应经济社会发展的应用型、复合型、创新型人才。这是国家实施创新驱动战略形势下教育优化与完善的必然要求,也是教育本质和规律的全新阐释。
Due to many colleges and universities long-term neglect practice teaching and ability training,scientific and perfect applied undergraduate practical teaching system has not yet been established, graduates lack innovative consciousness and creative ability,are hard to match the social demand for industry transformation and upgrading.Through drawing lessons from foreign advanced education idea,we should deepen systematic,structured,global education innovation and teaching reform,build ability-oriented applied undergraduate practical teaching system. The system should focus on ability training,train students to adapt to the economic and social development,and have innovative ability. This is the inevitable requirement in the situation of innovation drive,and is education essence and the law of new interpretation.
