摘要
目的总结探讨Ilizarov外固定架治疗胫腓骨开放骨折的安全性与有效性。方法选择2015年3月至2018年2月期间本院收治的101例胫腓骨开放骨折患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组51例与对照组50例,其中对照组应用单臂外固定架治疗,观察组选择Ilizarov外固定架治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果、关节功能、并发症等指标。结果观察组治疗优良率90.20%明显高于对照组优良率74.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间(12.2±2.1)d、骨折愈合时间(12.5±1.3)周、并发症发生率5.88%明显低于对照组,且组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胫腓骨开放骨折治疗中应用Ilizarov外固定架可以取得满意的效果,有助于缩短骨折愈合时间,减少术后并发症,临床值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of Ilizarov external fixator in the treatment of open tibiofibular fracture. Methods Selection in March 2015 to February 2018 in our hospital during the period of 101 patients with tibiofibula open fractures treated as the research object, according to different treatment methods 51 cases were divided into observation group and control group 50 cases, use of single arm external fixator for the control group, observation group choosing the Ilizarov fixator treatment, compare two groups of treatment effect, joint function, complications, such as index. Results The excellent and good rate of 90.20% in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (74.00%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The length of hospital stay (12.2±2.1) d, fracture healing time (12.5±1.3) weeks and complication rate (5.88%) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Ilizarov external fixator in the treatment of open fractures of tibia and fibula can achieve satisfactory results, which is helpful to shorten the fracture healing time and reduce postoperative complications. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical application.
