基于协同度量化模型的城乡绿地系统布局调适方法 被引量:18

摘要 基于目前日益严峻的生态环境问题以及十九大中央报告强调的“协同性”改革措施,迫切需要城乡范畴的绿地系统规划进行系统性、整体性、协同性的布局应对。鉴于此,通过建构绿地系统内源驱动力、外源影响力的协同度评价指标体系及函数模型,以佛山绿地系统布局调适为例,定量分析绿地系统内部子系统功效之间、绿地系统与外部社会经济发展之间耦合协同作用的时序变化和空间分异,并根据时空分异结论指出协同优化策略,进行功能结构性协同和生态骨架性协同的布局调适。测算结果表明,调适方案能够一定程度改良绿地系统综合功效的耦合影响及协同性能,基本实现整个绿地系统的协同有序可持续发展。 Based on the increasingly serious ecological environment problems and the "Synergy" reform measures emphasized by the 19 th National Congress of CPC, it is urgent to carry out systematic, integrated and synergy layout of urban-rural green space system planning. In view of this, through the construction of synergy evaluation index system and function model of intrinsic driving force and external influence, taking the adjustment of Foshan green space system layout as an example, this paper quantitatively analyzes the temporal variation and spatial differentiation of the coupling synergies between internal and external effects. According to the results of space-time differences, the authors point out the synergy optimization strategy to adjustment layout of functional structural synergy and ecological skeleton coordination. The calculation results show that the adjustment scheme can improve the coupling effect and synergetic performance of the comprehensive effect of green space system, and basically realize the coordinated, orderly and sustainable development of green space system.
