钢管内涂覆生产线有机废气处理系统的设计与应用

摘要 针对钢管生产过程中,内涂覆生产时产生的有机废气对车间及周围环境的污染问题,设计了一种工作稳定可靠的有机废气处理系统。该系统由水幕除尘器、干式过滤器、活性炭吸脱附箱、催化氧化炉和制氮机组等组成,采用催化氧化法对钢管内涂覆生产过程中的有机废气进行处理,利用活性炭吸附以及贵金属铂钯催化的特性,能够有效地对钢管涂覆生产过程中产生的有机废气进行净化处理,使钢管生产过程中产生的有机废气的净化率达到95%以上,符合废气排放国家标准要求。 Aiming at the problem of the pollution of the workshop and surrounding environment by the organic waste gas in the process of steel pipe production,a stable and reliable organic waste gas treatment system was designed.The system consisted of water screen duster,dry filter,activated carbon adsorption and desorption box,catalytic oxidation furnace and nitrogen generating unit,the organic waste gas in the coating process of steel pipe was treated by catalytic oxidation method,the organic waste gas produced in the coating process of steel tubes could be effectively purified by the adsorption of activated carbon and the catalysis of the precious metal platinum and palladium,so that the purification rate of organic waste gas generated in the production process of steel pipe could reach more than 95%,meeting the requirements of national standards for waste gas emission.
