摘要
护理质量指标是评价临床护理质量管理水平的有效工具和重要手段。文章从护理质量指标的定义、发展、常用构建方法,国内外常见数据平台,以及专科和单病种护理质量指标的应用等进行总结和分析,旨在为护理质量指标的进一步研究与应用提供参考。
Nursing quality indicator is an effective tool and important means to evaluate clinical nursing quality and quality management.This paper summarized and analyzed the definition,development,common construction methods of nursing quality indicators,common data platforms at home and abroad,as well as the application of nursing quality indicators of specialty and single disease,so as to provide references for further research and application of nursing quality indicators.
