临床医学青年教师的成长与“教学日”工作制度 被引量:1

摘要 在医学院校的附属医院,对眼科、耳鼻咽喉科三年内新进工作人员、科室住院医师规范化培训学员、参加了住院医师规范化培训的专业学位硕士研究生,按照制定的“教学日”工作制度进行培训和考核。这种教研室层面对临床医学青年教师进行“教学日”制度管理、集中培训、规范教学,不仅可以提高教学水平,还可以促进医学人才培养的质量,以使其将来更好地服务于临床。 In the affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,we conduct training and assessment in accordance with the established "teaching day" work system.The trainers included the standardized training of resident physicians in the department of otolaryngology and ophthalmology within three years for the newly admitted,the staff of the department participated in the standardized training of resident and the professional master's degree students.This kind of teaching and research which is carried on the "teaching day" system management to the clinical medicine young teacher, may not only improve the teaching level, but also may promote the medical talented person training quality. Through this training, these medical students can better serve the clinical practice in the future.
