摘要
详细描述了目前发动机冷启动时的系列问题及产生的危害,基于实际情况,优选其有效可行的解决方案,重点突出电磁感应加热作为预热系统、综合低温条件下蓄电池和超级电容的优势,设计解决冷启动的电源系统,为保证低温骤冷时矿用设备发动机冷启动的正常作业。
This paper describes the current engine cold start series of problems and hazards,based on the actual situation,optimization of its effective and feasible solutions,focusing on electromagnetic induction heating as a preheating system,According to the advantages of battery and super capacitor at low temperature,a power supply system is designed to solve the problem of cold start-up,in order to ensure the normal operation of cold start of mine equipment engine during low temperature sudden cooling.
