中医干预对穴位埋线治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效及血清免疫球蛋白E、补体C_3水平的影响 被引量：5

摘要 目的:中医干预对穴位埋线治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效及血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、补体C_3(C_3)水平的影响。方法:选取91例慢性荨麻疹患者,抽签法将患者分为对照组(45例)和观察组(46例)。两组均采用穴位埋线治疗,对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用中医干预。治疗3个月后,比较两组患者临床疗效及血清IgE、C_3水平。结果:观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血清IgE、C_3水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性荨麻疹行穴位埋线治疗后采用中医干预,可明显提高其临床疗效,改善患者血清IgE、C_3水平。
