摘要
目的探讨双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果及其对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的138例腹泻患儿随机分为常规组和联合组各69例。常规组单使用蒙脱石散,联合组则在常规组基础上加用双歧三联活菌片。对比分析两组患儿的治疗效果及对其免疫功能的影响。结果联合组的总有效率为97.10%,明显高于常规组的84.06%(P <0.05)。治疗后,联合组的CD4/CD8、 IgG和IgA水平均高于常规组(P <0.05)。结论双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻具有显著效果,对患儿免疫功能的提高有积极的促进作用。
Objective To study the effect of bifid-triple viable tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea and the influence on immune function. Methods 138 cases of children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into routine group and combined group, with 69 cases in each group. The routine group only used montmorillonite powder, while the combined group was treated with bifid-triple viable tablets on the basis of routine group. The treatment effects and the influence on immune function of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was97.10%, significantly higher than 84.06% of the routine group(P<0.05). After treatment, the CD4/CD8, Ig G and Ig A levels of the combined group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusions Bifid-triple viable tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea has significant effect, and positively promotes the improvement of immune function of children.
