摘要
采用电子显微镜技术和酶的细胞化学法研究巴西橡胶树冷害生物膜结构的变化.实验结果表明:在零上低温下各种细胞器膜系都遭到不同程度的损伤,但是质膜是细胞各种膜体系中对冷害最敏感的部位.膜的损害有三种形式:(1)双分子膜解体和消失;(2)生物膜发生液化作用;(3)双分子膜的撕开.膜蛋白和膜脂都遭受低温的伤害.膜各种形式的伤害原因可能不同.
The structural changs of biomembrances in Hevea brasiliensis have been studied by electron microscope and enzymic cytochemisty under chilling stress.
The experimental results indicated that the membranous structure in various cellular organs showed wreck of different degrees under chilling temperature, but the plasmalemma is the sensitivityest of all cellular organs to chilling injury. The envelope of chloroplast is more sensitivityer than the lamella of chloroplast to chilling injury. The mitochondria csistae is more sensitivityer than the outer membrane of mitochondria to chilling injury. The chilling injury of biomembrances has three forms. ( 1 ) the disintegration and the disappearan of bimolecular film; ( 2 ) the liquefaction of biomembran-ces; ( 3 ) the split of bimolecular film. The membrane protein and the membrane lipid are wrecked. The reason for the every form in the membranous chilling injury might be different.
