摘要
目的:观察超声引导穿刺术联合八珍汤治疗甲状腺结节效果。方法:选取200例甲状腺结节患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例,对照组行超声引导穿刺术和常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合八珍汤进行治疗,观察两组患者在穿刺术后的愈后情况。考察两组患者的穿刺成功率、治疗前后的情绪状态、舒适度、甲状腺结节症状、术后并发症以及外周血免疫功能指标水平。结果:两组患者的穿刺成功率无明显差别,但在患者的情绪状态、舒适度、甲状腺结节症状以及术后并发症方面,观察组患者要明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。在外周血免疫功能指标方面,观察组患者的免疫因子水平要优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导穿刺术联合八珍汤治疗对改善甲状腺结节诊断的愈后有着较好的效果,对于患者的免疫力有较好的改善。可以提高诊断手术后患者的康复配合,有助于对患者进行更精准的治疗。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutical effect of ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration combined with Bazhen in the improvement of healing after the diagnosis of thyroid nodule.Methods:200 patients with thyroid nodule were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration and routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given Chinese herbs called Bazhen decoction.The recovery condition of these two groups were compared,including the success rate of puncture,the emotional state,the comfort level and,thyroid nodule symptoms pre- and after puncture,postoperative complications and the level of peripheral blood immune function indicators.Results:After treatment,the success rate of puncture in the groups showed no significant difference.However,the emotional state,the comfort level,thyroid nodule symptoms and the postoperative complications of the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Correspondingly,the immune factors including in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration combined with Bazhen prescription has good effects on improving the recovery of thyroid nodules after diagnosis and improving the immunity of patients.It can improve the rehabilitation cooperation of patients after diagnosis and surgery,and contribute to more accurate treatment of patients.
