摘要
针对当前厂家与煤炭企业对车载液压锚杆钻机的检测与调试,还停留在零部件单独加载测试、整机空载测试阶段,缺乏一套整机加载测试系统,设计研制了一套整机机载液压锚杆钻机加载试验台。通过该加载试验台对液压锚杆钻机进行加载试验,同时采集整机加载试验测试数据,利用该测试数据对液压锚杆钻机系统进行优化、改进。该设备对液压锚杆钻机新机出厂测试、旧的设备大修完以后出厂的调试提供了一种新的可靠的技术手段,有利于提高液压锚杆钻机整机质量。
In view of the detection and debugging of anchor drilling rigs by current manufacturers and coal enterprises,they also stayed in the separate loading test of parts,the no-load test phase of the whole machine, lacked a complete machine loading test system,and designed a complete machine. The onboard hydraulic anchor rig was loaded with a test rig. Through the loading test bench,the hydraulic anchor drilling rig was loaded and tested, and the whole machine loading test data was collected,and the hydraulic anchor drilling rig system was optimized and improved by using the test data. The equipment was tested on the new machine of hydraulic anchor drilling rig. After the overhaul of the old equipment,the factory debugging provides a new reliable technical means, which was beneficial to improve the quality of the hydraulic bolt drilling rig.
