不同炎症因子早期诊断细菌性血流感染所致脓毒症患者的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析不同炎症因子早期诊断细菌性血流感染所致脓毒症患者的价值。方法收治的脓毒症患者中选取132例,所有患者血培养结果均为阳性,将血培养结果作为依据,划分患者为革兰阳性(G^+)球菌血流感染组、革兰阴性(G^-)杆菌血流感染组,对比两组患者不同炎症因子水平。结果相较于G^+菌组,G^-菌组患者内毒素、CRP(C-反应蛋白)、PCT(降钙素原)水平更高,P=0.0000;两组N(中性粒细胞比例)、WBC(白细胞计数)对比,差异不存在统计学意义,P>0.05。结论临床上可联合内毒素、CRP、PCT三个指标用来早期判断血流感染所致脓毒症。
