摘要
[目的/意义]通过深入剖析德国弗里德里希·艾伯特基金会的运行机制和发展态势,为我国智库建设和发展提供参考借鉴。[方法 /过程]采用文献调研法和网络调研法,对弗里德里希·艾伯特基金会的发展历史、价值理念和运行机制等进行归纳总结。同时基于国际权威的全球智库排名报告,分析弗里德里希·艾伯特基金会的运行机制和发展态势。[结果 /结论 ]弗里德里希·艾伯特基金会作为德国最优秀的政治智库之一,在政治教育、科学研究、国际合作方面所取得的成绩,与其特殊的组织结构、运行机制和发展理念关系密切,对我国现阶段智库发展尤其是党政智库发展具有十分重要的参考价值。
[Purpose/significance] The paper deeply analyzes the operation mechanism and development trend of Friedrich Ebert Foundation, so that it can provide reference for the construction and development of the think-tank in China.[Method/process] Based on the literature review and network survey research, it tracks back FES’ development history, and summarizes its value concept and the operation mechanism. At the same time, it deeply discusses the foundation’s development trend based on the 2018 Global Go To Think Tank Index Report.[Results/conclusion] As one of the best think tanks with a Political Party Affiliation for years in Germany, FES has gained great achievements in political education, scientific research, and international cooperation. And it has close relationship with its special organization structure, operation mechanism and development philosophy. So it must have a very important reference value for the development of think tank especially the party and government think tanks.
