摘要
清洁供暖技术具有能量转换效率高、集中供暖体量大、系统配置灵活度高等特点。作为一种热源清洁的新型供暖技术,本文以电加热熔盐储热供暖项目为例,分析其成本的构成要素,研究不同场景及优惠政策下项目的经济性及定价策略。研究结果表明:在考虑分摊发电机组调峰补偿收益、获得税收优惠政策或供暖设备改造补贴的条件下,项目经济性显著提升,可有效解决清洁供暖项目初始投资回收速度慢的问题;采用两部制定价的计量方法也可为居民用户节约冬季采暖费用。
Compared to traditional heating technology, new heating technology has the advantages of high energy density, large heating capacity and flexible system allocation. It has been widely focused by the industry and society in recent years. As a typical new heating technology, molten salt storage heating was selected to analyze its cost components under different allocating scenes and incentives. Considering with the load adjustment compensation from thermal power unit, the economy of this clean heating project has been improved dramatically. Comprehensive measures can be taken to address the long-term return on investment, such as equipment subsidy, revenue adjustment and so on. Meanwhile, the results also show that the two-part price can save the heat using cost for customers.
