摘要
目的评价黄斑区格栅光凝联合玻璃体内注射雷珠单抗治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2013年10月至2017年12月在我院就诊的视网膜分支静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿50例(50眼)的临床资料,随机分为联合组和对照组各25例(25眼)。两组均进行玻璃体内注射雷珠单抗;联合组于1周后进行黄斑区格栅状激光光凝。结果治疗前BCVA和黄斑中心区厚度(CMT)两组间差异均无统计学意义。治疗后1、2、6个月两组的BCVA与治疗前相比均有明显提高,而CMT均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后各时间点对照组BCVA呈下降趋势,CMT呈上升趋势。联合组治疗后各时间点变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射与联合黄斑格栅状激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿均有效,联合应用疗效更持久。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of macular grid photocoagulation combined with intravitreal ranibizumab injection in the treatment of macular edema secondary to branch retinal vein occlusion(BRVO).Methods The data of 50 eyes of 50 patients with macular edema secondary to BRVO from Oct.2013 to Dec.2017 were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were randomly divided into two groups,each group with 25 cases.All cases received intravitreal injection of ranibizumab.The combined group received standard macular grid photocoagulation at 1 week after injection.Results The difference in BCVA and central macular thickness(CMT)were not statistically significant between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).BCVA was significantly improved and CMT was significantly decreased in both groups at 1,2 and 6 months after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).BCVA took on a downward trend,and CMT showed an upward trend in control group.The difference of BCVA and CMT were not statistically significant at any time points after treatment in combined group(P>0.05).Conclusion The single intravitreal injection of ranibizumab or combined with macular grid laser photocoagulation in the treatment of retinal macular edema secondary to BRVO are effective,and the combined effect is more durable.
