摘要
目的:基于调治妇科生殖疾病古方,分析用药规律特点,探讨肾主生殖理论。方法:筛选调治妇科生殖疾病的古方,基于关联分析方法,统计分析高频单味药、药物组和关联药物,分析性味归经、功效等规律特点,结合妇科生殖疾病特点探讨肾主生殖理论。结果:共收集2679首方剂,涉及616味中药,调治生殖疾病的药物以补益气血、滋补肝肾、补肾填精、疏肝理气为主,药性偏温热;药味以甘为主,归经以脾、肾、肝经为主;妇科生殖疾病多精血气血亏虚,有气滞、痰湿的病理存在。古方多从补肾填精直接补益生殖器官;通过补益气血,滋养后天之本脾胃,间接调补生殖机能;通过肝脏疏泄精血、调节脾肾,调治生殖疾病与经产胎孕。在单味药、单方、药物组和关联药物组中,调补功效占据最多,也说明调补肾脏对生殖疾病的影响。结论:古方药物的数据挖掘,佐证了肾主生殖理论的重要性,肾脏发挥主生殖功效,离不开其他脏腑的协同作用。
Objective: To analyze the regularity of medication and discuss the theory of "Kidney Dominating Reproduction" based on the traditional formulae of treating female reproductive disease.Methods: The traditional formulae of treating female reproductive disease were screened.Based on the correlation analysis method,the singledrug high-frequency,drug group and related drugs were calculated and analyzed.Results: Altogether 2679 prescriptions,involving 616 Chinese herbs were collected.The main Chinese Medicine for the treatment of reproductive diseases was to replenish qi and blood,nourish the liver and kidney,tonify kidney and refill essence,dissipate the liver to regulate qi.The nature of herbs was mild and hot,with sweet in flavor,and channel tropism of spleen,kidney and liver channel.Female reproductive disease more existed qi and blood deficiency,qi stagnation,phlegm dampness.Traditional formulae directly tonifyed kidney to arrest emission enrichment reproductive organs;nourish the spleen and stomach and indirectly adjust the reproductive function by replenishing qi and blood to treat reproductive diseases.In the single Chinese Medicine,single-herb prescription,Chinese Medicine group and associated Chinese Medicine group,tonic effect accounted for the largest,also showed that tonifying the kidneys is very important for reproductive diseases.Conclusion:The data mining of traditional formulae corroborate the importance of theory on "Kidney Dominating Reproduction".Kidney can play the main role of reproductive function,which cannot be separated from the synergetic effect of other organs.
