摘要
随着中药在世界范围的广泛使用及对Ⅱ相药物代谢酶UGT的表达、功能、调控的进一步认识,对UGT酶介导的中药多组分之间、中药复方以及中药与化学药物之间的相互作用的研究被越来越多人关注。本文对近年来UGT介导的中药-药物相互作用主要研究进展进行综述并提出展望。
With the wide use of traditional Chinese medicine in the world and further understanding of the expression,function and regulation of UGT which is a major phase II metabolism enzyme,more and more attention has been paid to the study of the interaction mediated by UGT between multi-components,prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and chemical drugs.In this paper,the main research progress of interaction mediated by UGT between traditional Chinese medicine and drugs in recent years was reviewed and the prospect was put forward.
