摘要
随着中国经济的发展,公示语作为我国对外展示的名片,其翻译的重要意义日益凸显。本文给出了法律公示语的定义与特点,分析了以生态翻译学理论来指导法律公示语翻译的优势,研究了"多维整合原则"与"多元共生原则"指导下的法律公示语翻译的具体策略,提出了法律公示语翻译不能孤立片面的关注语言转换,而需要译者在整个翻译生态中进行多维度多层次的适应性选择,最终形成整体适应选择度最高的翻译。
With the development of China’s economy, the translation of public signs is of vital importance. This paper analyzes the advantages of translating legal public signs through eco-translatology approaches, and studies the specific strategies for the translation of legal public signs under the guidance of “multi-dimensional integration principle”and “multi-element symbiosis principle”. It suggests that the translation of legal public signs should not focus on language conversion in isolation, but that the translator should make multi-dimensional and multi-level adaptive selection in the translation ecology, so as to form the translation with the highest degree of overall adaptation and selection.
