摘要
目的研究分析单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗后神经损伤的临床效果。方法 90例恶性肿瘤放化疗后神经损伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。观察组采用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液进行治疗,对照组采用脑蛋白水解物注射液进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为91.1%,对照组患者的总有效率为73.3%;观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤放化疗后神经损伤使用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗具有显著效果,可以改善患者的肢体感觉异常、运动神经反射减弱等症状,临床中应该积极的推广使用。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of sodium monosialotetrahexosylgangliosi de on nerve injury after radiotherapy and chemotherapy in malignant tumor.Methods A total of 90 patients with malignant tumor after radiotherapy and chemotherapy as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with monosialotetrahexos ylganglioside,and the control group was treated with cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection.The clinical efficacy in two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the observation group had total effective rate as 91.1%,which was 73.3%in the control group.The observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium monosialotetrahexosylganglioside shows remarkable effect in treating nerve injury after radiotherapy and chemotherapy in malignant tumors.It can improve the symptoms of abnormal sensation of limbs and weakened motor nerve reflex,and should be widely promoted and used in clinic.
