摘要
目的探讨手术室高级实践男护士自我职业发展的期望,为手术室高级实践男护士的培养提供依据。方法采用现象学研究方法,深入访谈11名手术室男护士,采用Giorgi现象学资料6步分析法分析资料并提炼主题。结果提炼出4个主题:具有手术室相关专科资深专家的角色特质,具有较高的工作热情和敏捷思维的职业特质,具有较高的临床操作能力和管理协调能力,具有较强的自我学习能力和科研教学能力。结论手术室高级实践男护士职业期望较高,护理管理者应重视对其的培养。
Objective To study the expectation on occupational development of male advanced practice nurses (APN) in operating room to provide reference for their cultivation. Method 11 male APNs in operating room receive in-depth interview by phenomenology method. Analyze the information and conclude the themes by six-step analysis of Giorgi phenomenological data. Result 4 themes of having role specialty of related specialized expert, having professional characteristic of high working enthusiasm and nimble thinking, having great clinical operating ability and management coordination ability and having strong self-learning ability and scientific research and teaching ability are concluded. Conclusion Male APN have high occupational expectation and nursing managers should pay attention on their cultivation.
