Expressions of P53 and TRIM29 Genes in Non-small Lung Cell Carcinomas and Their Significance in Clinicopathological Diagnosis

摘要 目的探讨P53和TRIM29基因在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及在其临床病理诊断中的意义。方法将2015年1月—2017年12月我院诊治的104例NSCLC患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并取其癌组织和相应癌旁正常组织标本,分为癌组织组和癌旁组织组,每组104例。比较癌组织组和癌旁组织组的TRIM29表达,探讨TRIM29、P53表达与临床病理因素相关性。结果癌组织组和癌旁组织组TRIM29、P53表达存在显著差异性(P<0.01)。肺鳞癌和肺腺癌组织中TRIM29表达情况与癌旁组织存在显著差异性(P<0.01)。肺腺癌及肺鳞癌中,TRIM29表达与临床分期、组织病理分级、淋巴结转移、P53表达均呈正相关性(P<0.01)。结论 NSCLC癌组织中P53和TRIM29基因较癌旁正常组织呈明显高表达,TRIM29表达与临床分期、组织病理分级、淋巴结转移及P53表达呈正相关性,临床可通过检测P53和TRIM29水平提高病理诊断准确率。 Objective To investigate expression of P53 and TRIM29 genes in non-small cell lung carcinomas (NSCLC) and their significance in clinicopathological diagnosis. Methods Clinical data of 104 patients with NSCLC admitted during January 2015 and December 2017 was retrospectively analyzed. Cancer tissues and corresponding normal tissue adjacent to cancer were collected and divided into cancer tissue group and adjacent tissue group ( n =104 for each group). Expressions of TRIM29 in cancer tissues and corresponding normal tissue adjacent to cancer were compared, and correlations between TRIM29 and P53 expressions with clinicopathological factors were analyzed. Results Expressions of TRIM29 and P53 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were significantly different ( P <0.01). Expressions of TRIM29 in lung squamous cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma were significantly different from those in adjacent tissues ( P <0.01). TRIM29 expressions were positively correlated with clinical stage, histopathological grade, lymph node metastasis and P53 expression in lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma ( P <0.01). Conclusion Expressions of P53 and TRIM29 genes in NSCLC tissues are significantly higher than those in corresponding normal tissue adjacent to cancer. TRIM29 expression is positively correlated with clinical stage, histopathologic grade, lymph node metastasis and P53 expression, and therefore accuracy rate of pathological diagnosis can be improved by detecting levels of P53 and TRIM29.
