Study on the Financing Capability Assessment and Effect Factors of small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Jiangxi Province Based on the Method of PCA-multiple Regression

摘要针对中小企业融资问题,以江西省中小企业为研究对象,对其融资能力进行了综合评估以及影响因素的定量分析.首先从七个方面构建了含有18个指标的融资能力评估指标体系,并利用主成分分析法对江西省中小企业的融资能力进行综合评估;然后结合评估结果,通过建立计量经济模型探究影响江西省中小企业融资能力的主要因素,发现企业融资能力的高低主要是由企业自身的财务以及信用状况所决定;最后针对评估以及计量研究结果,结合江西省中小企业的融资实际现状,从企业自身以及宏观环境两个层面提出提升江西省中小企业融资能力的指导性建议. Aiming at the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises, taking the small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangxi province as the research object, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of their financing ability and makes a quantitative analysis of the influencing factors.Firstly, a financing capability evaluation index system with 18 indicators is constructed from seven aspects, and the financing capability of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangxi province is comprehensively evaluated by means of principal component analysis;Then combined with the evaluation results, through the establishment of econometric model to explore the main factors affecting the financing ability of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangxi province, it is found that the level of enterprise financing ability is mainly determined by the enterprise's own financial and credit conditions;Finally, based on the evaluation and quantitative research results and the actual situation of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangxi province, this paper puts forward some guiding suggestions to improve the financing capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangxi province from the perspectives of enterprises themselves and the macro environment.
