应用抽油机用永磁半直驱同步拖动装置效果分析 被引量:8

摘要 为解决低压低产井系统效率偏低,以及皮带传动系统引发的负面问题,某厂通过现场试验之后,逐步扩大抽油机用永磁半直驱同步拖动装置应用规模。通过该装置取消抽油机皮带传动系统,采用高效稀土永磁半直驱同步电动机,配套变频控制箱实现冲速低至0.1次/min,低负载率时的效率明显高于异步电动机。通过测试对比设备更换前后生产数据,系统效率提高5个百分点以上,综合节电率达到20%以上,取得了显著的节能效果。 In order to solve the low efficiency of low- pressure and low- yield well system and the negative problems caused by belt drive system, a factory has gradually expanded the application scale of permanent magnet semi-direct drive synchronous drive device for pumping units after field test. The belt drive system of pumping unit is cancelled by the device. High efficiency rare earth permanent magnet semi- direct drive synchronous motor is adopted. The frequency conversion control box is used to achieve the stroke times as low as 0.1 times/minute. The efficiency at low load rate is obviously higher than that of asynchronous motor. By testing and comparing the production data before and after the replacement of the equipment,the system efficiency has been improved by more than 5 percentage points,and the comprehensive power saving rate has reached more than 20%. The remarkable energy saving effect has been achieved.
