摘要
远程开放教育教学质量的提高一直是教育决策者和管理者关注的问题,提高远程开放教育教学质量,使远程开放教育毕业生与传统教育毕业生拥有同样的社会实践能力和应用能力,同样得到社会认可,这些都与远程教育的教学组织及教学质量监控密切相关。远程开放教育教学平台应建立完善的网上教学督导模式,创新远程开放教育教学平台的教学管理模式,促进远程开放教育教学质量的提高。通过对云南开放大学全网教学平台网上教学督导功能的设计与开发实践运用,对远程开放教育教学平台网上教学督导模式和功能设计进行探索。
The improvement of the teaching quality of open and distance education has always been a concern of educational decision-makers and managers. The improvement of the quality of open and distance education can let the graduates of distance and open education have the same social practice and application skills as traditional education graduates and be recognized by the society, which are closely related to the teaching organization and quality monitoring of distance education. The open and distance education teaching platform should establish an overall online teaching supervision model, innovate the teaching management model of the distance open education teaching platform, and promote the improvement of the teaching quality of the distance and open education. Through the design and development practice of the online teaching supervision function of the whole network teaching platform of Yunnan Open University, the online teaching supervision model and function design of the distance and open education teaching platform are explored and practiced.
