摘要
目的创建三维便携式文档(3D-PDF)并研究其在战现场急救培训中的应用。方法基于薄层高精度、高分辨率的中国数字化人体数据集(CVH数据集)分割重建出战创伤损伤及救治相关人体结构,借助Amira、Cinema4D、Deep Exploration及Acrobat等软件,创建含三维视图、图文解说及视频教学等内容的3D-PDF,利用化妆伤员与3D-PDF相结合的教学模式,对20名医学专业卫勤学员进行战现场急救技术培训。结果与结论创建出适用于指压止血、环甲膜穿刺、气胸穿刺、骨髓腔穿刺等急救技术培训的3D-PDF文件;在化妆伤员的培训模式中加入3DPDF文档,弥补了化妆伤员无法提供伤情内部特征的缺点,可有效调动学员的学习积极性,充分提高学员的学习效率与教员的授课效率。3D-PDF文档在军事医学教育中具有巨大的拓展空间。
Objective To create a three-dimensional portable document format( 3 D-PDF) and study its application in emergency treatment training on the battle field. Methods Based on the thin-slice,high-precision,high-resolution Chinese visible human( CVH) dataset,the human structures related to traumatic injury and its emergency treatment were segmented and 3 D reconstructed and created to 3 D-PDF,with Amira,Cinema4 D,Deep Exploration and Acrobat softwares.The 3 D-PDF included the three-dimensional view,text explanation and video teaching. Using a teaching approach that comloined 3 D-PDF with the makeup wounded,20 medical professional staffs were trained about emergency treatment.Results and Conclusion The 3 D-PDF files were created for emergency treatment training,including the hemostasis by finger pressing,thyrocricocentesis,pneumothorax puncture and bone marrow cavity puncture. The combined training mode including the 3 D-PDF files and the makeup wounded could overcome the flaw of the makeup wounded training that cannot describe the internal characteristics of the injury,which can effectively improve the motivation and efficiency of the trainees,and teaching efficiency. The application of 3 D-PDF files has enormous space for expansion in military medical education.
