摘要
本文介绍了ICT检测技术在燃气发生器装药检测中的应用。通过优化ICT检测工艺,采用5 mm铜滤波板、增加叠加帧数等措施能有效地提高装药ICT检测质量,通过对燃气发生器装药内部典型缺陷进行ICT检测。结果表明, ICT检测技术能够实现对燃气发生器装药的准确故障定位和缺陷识别,是确保燃气发生器装药质量的重要检测手段。
The application of industrial CT (ICT) measurement technology in measurement of charge of gas generator is described. By optimizing the ICT detection process of charge of gas generator, adopting the 5 mm Cu filter band, adding the superimposed frame number and other measures, the ICT detection quality can be improved effectively. The ICT measurement for internal typical defect of chargt of gas generator is performed. The results show that ICT measurement technology can achieve an accurate fault location and defect recognition for charge of gas generator, which is an important detection means to ensure the quality of charge of gas generator.
