摘要
2013~2017年用植物源农药印楝素、苦参碱、生物制剂阿维·苏云金杆菌和化学农药啶虫脒、高氯·马、高效氯氰菊酯对海河平原区苜蓿蓟马、蚜虫的防治效果进行了研究比较。通过对虫口减退率和校正防效的分析,植物源农药印楝素和苦参碱对两类害虫的防效低于高效氯氰菊酯,与啶虫脒防效相当,且高于高氯·马和阿维·苏云金杆菌,可在早期防治中代替啶虫脒等化学农药在生产中应用。印楝素在1. 50~2. 25L/hm^2用药量范围内,随用药量的增加防效提高。苦参碱在1. 80~2. 70L/hm^2用药量范围内,1. 8L/hm^2防效最佳。
The control effects of botanical pesticides azadirachtin,matrine,biological agents avermectins plus bacillus thuringiensis were compared with chemical pesticides acetamiprid,beta cypermethrin plus malathion,beta cypermethrin,toward to alfalfa thrips and aphids by analyzing the insect decline rate and the corrective control effect in Haihe Plain from 2013 to 2017. The results showed,the botanical pesticides azadirachtin and matrine shown lower effect than beta cypermethrin,but with similar result as azadirachtin and higher result than beta cypermethrin plus malathion and avermectins plus bacillus thuringiensis. Botanical pesticides could be applied in the early stage of pests occur for replace the application of acetamiprid and other chemical pesticides in the production of alfalfa. At the applied dosages of1. 50 ~ 2. 25 L/hm^2,the control effects of azadirachtin were increased with the dosage. At the applied dosages of 1. 80~2. 70 L/hm^2,the dosage with best control effect of matrine was 1. 8 L/hm^2.
