感知控制对于宫颈癌术后放疗患者癌因性疲乏干预的临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨感知控制对于宫颈癌术后放疗患者癌因性疲乏干预效果。方法选取本院86例宫颈癌术后放疗且伴有癌因性疲乏的患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(43例)和对照组(43例)。对照组给予子宫颈癌术后放疗常规治疗。研究组在此基础上,再加上感知控制干预。对比两组Piper疲乏修定量表和QLQ-C30生活质量问卷的情况。结果①研究组Piper疲乏修定量表中的行为维度、情感维度、感知维度、认知维度和总分均较对照组呈现明显下降(P<0.05);②在QLQ-C30生活质量问卷中,研究组在功能领域和整体生活质量领域的评分高于对照组(P<0.05),在症状领域和单项测量项目的评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌术后放疗患者实施感知控制干预,能够有效缓解癌因性疲乏,提高生活质量。
