摘要
针对大型地下室底板截面多变、施工环境较差、混凝土泵送距离较长且落差较大的现状,通过优化配合比设计、加强原材料的质量督管、合理安排浇筑工艺与控温保湿养护等措施,科学合理地指导了地下室底板混凝土的施工,避免了大体积混凝土质量通病的产生,取得了较好的社会效益与经济效益,可为类似工程的施工提供参考。
In view of the current situation of large basement construction such as variable floor slab cross-section, poor construction environment, longer concrete pumping distance and large pumping height difference, through optimizing the mix design, strengthening the quality supervision of raw materials, rationally arranging the pouring process and controlling temperature and moisture for the concrete curing, such measures scientifically and reasonably guided the construction of concrete in the basement floor, avoided the occurrence of large-scale concrete quality problems, and achieved good social and economic benefits, which can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
