摘要 在研究弧齿圆柱齿轮展成基本齿条及切齿方法的基础上,提出了弧齿圆柱齿轮切齿加工的双工位单面双铣加工方法。基于旋转刀盘加工原理,建立了弧齿圆柱齿轮齿面方程。基于双工位单面加工思想,设计了专用弧齿圆柱齿轮铣齿机,经过切齿加工验证,该机床具有加工效率高、可靠性高等优点。 Based on the research of the generating rack and cutting method of the cylindrical gear,a two position single face double milling method for the machining of the cylindrical gear was proposed.The equation of tooth surface of cylindrical gear was established based on the machining method of rotary cutter disc.Based on the idea of two station single side machining,a special cylindrical gear milling machine was designed.After cutting processing,it is verified that the machine has the advantages of high efficiency and high reliability.
