摘要
保温层下腐蚀具有普遍性和隐蔽性,其对保温层下设备及管道造成危害,对装置运行产生严重的安全隐患并可能造成经济损失。保温层下的腐蚀是由于保温层下的水和无机盐形成的,属于电化学腐蚀。其中保温层下的水主要来自外界的水渗透及冷凝,无机盐来自于外部环境和保温材料.该文从工程应用出发,就防护层设计、保温材料选用、防腐蚀涂层选择、检测与维护几方面探讨了保温层下腐蚀的防护措施。
Corrosion under insulation(CUI) has the characteristics of universality and concealment, which is harmful to equipment and pipelines, and causes serious safety problems and economic losses to device operation. CUI is caused by the corrosive medium formed by water vapor and inorganic salt, which results in electrochemical corrosion reaction under the insulation layer. Water vapor comes from the penetration and condensation of outside water, and inorganic salts are from the external environment and insulation materials. Based on the engineering application, protection measures for CUI are discussed in terms of the design of protective layer, selection of insulation materials and anti-corrosion coating, detection and maintenance.
