摘要
详细分析北京城市副中心公路货运服务发展现状和存在的问题,通过主成分分析-BP神经网络集成的方法预测城市副中心公路货运需求量,构建适合城市副中心发展的三级公路货运服务网络布局体系,基于车辆配送方案和客户个性化选择的双层规划模型对三级末端货运服务网点选取进行选址决策分析。研究表明:北京城市副中心未来公路货运需求总量基本保持稳定,货运需求量略有下降,主要是因为该区域进行产业的转型升级,货运需求发生结构性转变;未来城市副中心将构建分层次的三级公路货运服务网络体系,末端货运服务网点将承载多种物流功能;基于双层规划选址模型可以很好地平衡各种因素的影响,布局技术方案具有很好的可实施性。
This paper analyzes in detail the present situation and existing problems of the road freight service in Beijing sub-center,forecasts the demand of urban sub-center highway freight transportation through the method of principal component analysis(PCA)and BP neural network integration,constructs a three-level road freight service network layout system suitable for the development of urban sub-center and realize two-layer programming model based on vehicle distribution scheme and customer personalized selection for site selection of three-level Terminal Freight Service.The study shows that the total demand for road freight transport in the future of Beijing sub-center is basically stable,and the slight decrease in freight demand is mainly due to the transformation and upgrading of industry and the structural transformation of freight demand in the region.In the future,a threetiered network system of road freight service will be constructed in the sub-center of the city,and the terminal freight service network will undertake a variety of logistics functions.The location model based on bi-level programming can well balance the influence of various factors,and the layout scheme has good practicability.
