摘要
为确保旧工业建筑再生利用项目再生模式的合理性,对其再生模式选择进行分析。通过实地调研及文献分析,从政策、建筑、交通、环境、历史5个方面汇总得出13个影响旧工业建筑再生模式选择的因素,基于多分类Logistic理论建立旧工业建筑再生模式选择模型,并以南昌市74栋已再生利用的旧工业建筑的样本数据为基础进行实证分析,得到再生为居住建筑和工业遗址的建筑本体特点以及影响南昌市旧工业建筑模式选择的主要因素,可为旧工业建筑再生模式选择提供理论支持。
In order to ensure the rationality of regeneration mode of old industrial building regeneration projects, this paper analyzes the regeneration mode selection. Firstly, through field survey and literature review, 13 factors affecting the regeneration mode selection of old industrial buildings are summarized from the aspects of policy, construction, transportation, environment, and history. The selection model of old industrial buildings regeneration is established based on multi-classification Logistic theory. Based on the sample data of 74 old industrial buildings in Nanchang, this paper analyzes the characteristic of residential buildings and the main factors affecting the selection of the old industrial building model in Nanchang, which provides theoretical foundation for the regeneration mode selection of the old industrial buildings.
