摘要
目的分析在患有前列腺癌患者的临床诊断当中,患者接受CT扫描诊断与MRI扫描诊断的不同效果。方法选择本院在2016年1月至2017年12月当中收治的45例前列腺癌患者为研究对象,所有患者都需要接受CT扫描与MRI扫描诊断,对比两种不同诊断方法在患者中的应用效果。结果在A期与B期病变患者当中,患者接受MRI扫描诊断确诊例数相对CT较多,相关数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是在C期与D期病变患者当中,患者接受CT扫描与MRI扫描诊断相差不大,数据对比差异无统计学意义。结论在前列腺癌患者的诊断方法选择中,CT扫描与MRI扫描方法效果均较好,但是在A期与B期患者诊断中,MRI应用效果更为优越。
Objective To analyze the different effects of CT scan and MRI in the diagnosis of patients with prostate cancer.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017 45 cases of prostate cancer patients were treated as the research object in our hospital,all the patients need to accept a CT scan and MRI scanning diagnosis,comparison of two different diagnostic methods in patients with application effect.Results In A and B stage of the disease,patients received MRI scans in the diagnosis of confirmed cases is more,the relevant data contrast exists obvious difference (P< 0.05),but the stage in C and D lesions of the patients,patients received CT scans and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan in the diagnosis of difference is not big,data contrast with no differences exist.Conclusion CT scan and MRI scan have good effect in the diagnosis method of prostate cancer patients,but in the diagnosis of stage A and phase B,the effect of MRI is superior.
