摘要
目的本文研究目的是探究中医治疗对变应性鼻炎的影响。方法本研究选取93例变应性鼻炎患者,均根据病史、典型症状、鼻镜检查、变应原皮肤点刺试验等确诊为变应性鼻炎。将93例患者分为中药组、针灸组和中药针灸配合组3组进行治疗,并对照3组的不同临床疗效,得出研究结果。结果中药针灸配合组疗效明显优于中药组和针灸组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论中医中药针灸配合治疗能有效改善变应性鼻炎患者的生活质量,值得推广与应用。
Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on allergic rhinitis.Methods 93 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected and diagnosed as allergic rhinitis according to their medical history,typical symptoms,nasal endoscopy and skin prick test.93 patients were divided into three groups: traditional Chinese medicine group,acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion cooperation group.The results were obtained by comparing the different clinical effects of the three groups.Results The curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine combined with acupuncture group was better than that of Chinese herbal medicine group and acupuncture group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis,which is worthy of promotion and application.
