摘要
【目的】观察中药熏蒸联合洪都督脉经手法治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。【方法】将120例椎间盘源性腰痛患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各60例。对照组单纯使用中药熏蒸疗法治疗,观察组在中药熏蒸基础上使用洪都督脉经手法治疗,疗程为2周。观察2组患者治疗前后腰腿部疼痛视觉模拟法(VAS)评分的变化情况,评价2组的疗效和安全性。【结果】(1)治疗2周后,观察组的总有效率为96.7%,对照组为75.0%,组间比较,观察组的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗1周和2周后,2组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组对VAS评分的降低作用明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗期间,2组患者均无明显的不良反应情况发生。【结论】中药熏蒸联合洪都督脉经手法治疗椎间盘源性腰痛疗效显著,能有效减轻患者疼痛,其疗效优于单纯中药熏蒸疗法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Hongdu governor vessel manipulations for the treatment of discogenic low back pain. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with discogenic low back pain were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation,and the observation group was treated with Hongdu governor vessel manipulations combined with Chinese medicine fumigation. The treatment lasted for 2 weeks. Before and after treatment, visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of low back pain in the two groups were observed;after treatment, the clinical efficacy and safety in the two groups were evaluated. Results(1)After treatment for 2 weeks,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%, and was superior to that of the control group(75.0%),the difference being significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment for one week and for 2 weeks,VAS scores of low back pain in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the decrease in the observation group was superior to that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).(3)During the treatment,no obvious adverse reaction was found in the two groups. Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Hongdu governor vessel manipulations is effective for the treatment of discogenic low back pain by effectively alleviating the pain of patients, and it is more effective than Chinese medicine fumigation alone.
