摘要
加快推进区域中心城市建设,是区域协调发展的新要求,是增强城市活力动力的抓手,是构建中国特色新型城镇体系的重大创新。通过对淮海经济区中心城市徐州与周边城市的比较,提出区域中心城市要夯实产业发展基础,集聚人气;抓好城建重点工程,提升城市承载力;优化城镇化体系,突出城市改革创新引领;坚持绿色发展,建设宜居城市等建议。
Promoting the construction of regional central cities is the new requirement of establishing more ef. fective regional coordinated development, is a source of dynamic power for sustainable urban development, and it is also a major innovation in the construction of a new type of urban system with Chinese characteristics. A comparison between the main economic indicators of Xuzhou, the central city of Huaihai economic zone, and the surrounding cit. ies, it is pointed out that the high quality construction of regional central city should consolidate the foundation of in. dustrial development, agglomeration of popularity, grasp the key projects of urban construction, enhance the carry. ing capacity of cities, optimize urbanization system, give prominence to the leading of urban reform and innovation, insist on green development and make breakthrough in construction of livable city.
