摘要
磨盘草是常用的民族药,具有清热解毒、化痰止咳、健脾止泻等功效,含有挥发油、脂肪酸、微量元素、香豆素、萜类、黄酮类、生物碱、酰胺类等多种化学成分,并表现出抗炎、抗菌、细胞毒、保肝利尿等多种药理学活性,对国内外磨盘草的研究文献进行分析和总结,总结出近年来对磨盘草的研究主要在化学成分、质量控制、药理作用等方面,该文对磨盘草的研究状况及药用价值进行综述,为进一步开发该民族药提供参考依据,并对磨盘草的未来研究方向提出展望,希望磨盘草能广泛应用于临床。
Abutilon indicum is a commonly used ethnic medicine,which has the functions of clearing away heat and detoxification,resolving phlegm and cough,strengthening spleen and stopping diarrhea. It contains volatile oil,fatty acids,trace elements,coumarin,terpenoids,flavonoids,alkaloids,amidesand other chemical constituents,and has many pharmacological activities,such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,cytotoxic,hepatoprotective and diuretic. Based on the analysis and summary of the research literatures of Abutilon indicum at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the main research aspects of Abutilon indicum in recent years,such as chemical composition,quality control,pharmacological action and so on. The research status and medicinal value of Abutilon indicum are reviewed in order to provide reference for the further development of Abutilon indicum. We hope to study the direction and hope that it can be widely applied in clinic.
