摘要
目的:探讨自拟通窍止咳汤治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征(UACS)的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月—2018年6月在我院儿科门诊就诊的UACS患儿106例,随机分组,采取自拟通窍止咳汤治疗的53例患儿纳入治疗组,采取传统西医治疗方式的53例患儿纳入对照组,治疗持续7 d,观察两组患者在治疗前后临床咳嗽症状量化评分变化、咳嗽症状主观评估及两组UACS患儿临床综合疗效。结果:UACS患儿治疗后其咳嗽症状积分发生显著变化,同时治疗组患者治疗后咳嗽症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组进行相应治疗后UACS患儿的咳嗽VAS评分较对照组显著低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后达到临床控制的UACS患儿例数较对照组显著多,且疗效总有效率明显较对照组患者高(P<0.05)。结论:自拟通窍止咳汤治疗儿童UACS疗效确切,未出现明显不良反应,具有临床推广意义。
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of self-made Tongqiao Zhike Decoction in the treatment of upper airway cough syndrome(UACS)in children. Methods:A total of 106 children with UACS who were admitted to the pediatric outpatient department of the hospital from January 2017 to June2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group(53 patients treated with self-made Tongqiao Zhike Decoction)and the control group(53 children treated with traditional Western medicine). Both groups were treated for 7 days. The changes in scores of clinical cough symptoms and subjective evaluation of cough symptoms before and after treatment,and the clinical curative effect in both groups were observed. Results:There were obvious changes in scores of cough symptoms after treatment,and the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The cough VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The number of children with clinical control in the treatment group after treatment was significantly larger than that in the control group,and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Tongqiao Zhike Decoction is effective in the treatment of UACS in children,without obvious adverse reactions.
