摘要 为了更好地应用射线照相无损检测技术,完成管子-管板焊缝工作,对该技术在实践中的运用进行了分析,并阐述这种无损检测技术对于焊缝操作的有效性,并陈述了技术运用的原理,为操作方法奠定基础,并对焊接技术的应用及要求以及具体实施步骤进行阐述,最后总结了射线照相无损检测技术发展前景,以及在焊接中应用的优势及对生态环境的影响。 In order to better apply the radiographic nondestructive testing technology to complete the pipe-tubesheet weld work, the role of this technology in practice is analyzed, and the effectiveness of this nondestructive testing technology for weld operation is truly understood. Then the principle of technology application is briefly described, which lays the foundation for mastering the operation method, and the requirements of welding technology application are expounded again. Finally, the development prospects of radiographic nondestructive testing technology are summarized. Finally, the advantages of this technology in welding and its impact on environment and ecology can be understood.
