摘要
对高校实验技术人员实施综合绩效考评是新时期实验室管理体制改革的重要内容。借助于网络与现代信息技术,通过任课教师、学生、同行、自我、领导这五位一体的综合考评,采用定性与定量考核相结合的原则,对绩效考评实施改革与创新。实践表明,这种多源考评方式具有一定的客观公正性和可操作性,能有效调动实验技术人员的积极性和创造性,也能为实验技术人员的职称评定、岗位聘任、评先选优,以及对绩效工资的发放提供重要的参考依据。
Implementing comprehensive performance evaluation for university experimental technicians is an important part of the reform of laboratory management system in the new era. With the help of network and modern information technology, and through the comprehensive evaluation of teachers, students, peers, themselves and leaders, the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative assessment is adopted to reform and innovate the performance evaluation. Practice shows that this multi-source evaluation method has certain objectivity, impartiality and operability. It can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of experimental technicians and can also provide important reference for the title evaluation, post appointment, evaluation first selection, and the issuance of performance pay for experimental technicians.
