摘要
研制了一套配电网继电保护仿真培训系统,该系统主要由配电网保护物理模拟平台和软件仿真平台组成。配电网保护物理模拟平台基于阻抗标幺值一致的等效原理设计实现,具备培训操作、故障模拟、保护验证等功能;配电网继电保护软件仿真平台基于图形化界面实现配电网继电保护配置与整定、理论培训及考试等功能。利用PSCAD/EMTDC软件搭建与物理模拟平台一致的仿真模型,从仿真波形、短路电流、保护动作情况3个方面对比3个平台得到的结果,验证表明,研制的系统能真实地模拟配电网线路故障,并可对保护配置与整定进行验证,是提升配电网继电保护学习培训效果的高效实验培训平台。
A simulation training system for distribution network relay protection is developed. The system consists of physical simulation platform and software simulation platform for distribution network protection. The physical simulation platform of distribution network protection is designed and realized on the basis of the equivalent principle of identical impedance monoids, which has the functions of training operation, fault simulation, protection verification and so on. The software simulation platform of the distribution network relay protection realizes the functions of distribution network relay protection configuration and setting, theoretical training and examination based on graphical interface. PSCAD/EMTDC software is used to build a simulation model which is consistent with the physical simulation platform. The results of the three platforms are compared from the following three aspects: simulation waveform, short circuit current and protection action. The validation shows that the developed system can simulate the faults of distribution network and verify the configuration and setting of protection. It is an efficient experimental training platform to improve the learning and training effect of relay protection in distribution network.
