摘要
利用超声光栅测量透镜的焦距,得到的待测透镜的焦距与标准值进行比较,其相对误差较小,证明测量结果可靠,方法可行。
The focal length of the lens measured by the ultrasonic grating is compared with the standard value. The relative error is small, which proves that the measurement result is reliable and the method is feasible.
