摘要
基于“新工科”培养要求,将连续化微通道反应器用于创新实验教学,实现含铁污水的净化。该创新实验涵盖多项化学、化工实验操作,在数据分析和处理过程中需结合仪器分析、数理统计、化工原理和分离工程等知识对实验数据进行归纳和总结。通过该创新实验,学生掌握了微反应器的操作方法,了解了微反应器的基本特点,培养了分析判断、逻辑推理、数据归纳与总结的能力,实现了创新能力的培养和提升。
Based on the training requirements of "New Engineering", the continuous microchannel reactor is used in innovative experimental teaching of the purification of iron-containing wastewater. This innovative experiment covers many chemical and chemical engineering experimental operations. In the process of data analysis and processing, it is necessary to summarize the experimental data with the knowledge of instrumental analysis, mathematical statistics, chemical principles and separation engineering. Through this innovative experiment, students have mastered the operation method of the microreactor, understood the basic characteristics of microreactor, trained their ability of analysis, judgment, logical reasoning, data induction and summary, and realized the cultivation and promotion of innovative ability.
