摘要
在合同管理的过程中,EPCT程总承包存在着如合同纠纷、招投标不规范等与技术性相关的问题。为解决这些问题,界定合同的技术性的概念,并从技术性的角度出发,构建一套EPC合同技术性评价模型,用爛权法确定指标权重,用可拓物元模型对合同技术性评价指标进行评价,确定合同技术性的等级,找出影响合同技术性的关键指标,最后通过实例验证了该方法的实用性。
EPC contract management process exists technology related issues such as contract disputes, bidding is not standardized. In order to solve these problems, the innovation defines the concept of contract and from the point of view of technology constructs a set of EPC contract technical evaluation model and use entropy method to determine the index weight, with extension matterelement model to the contract technical evaluation indicator evaluation, determining the level of technical contract, finding out the key indicators of the impact of technical contract, finally through an example verifies the practicability.
