新型圆钢管混凝土组合柱轴压受力性能研究

摘要 设计一种新型圆钢管混凝土组合柱,通过试验研究其破坏形式和特征。以核心区混凝土和套箍系数为设计参数制作8根组合柱并对其进行轴压受力试验,对其破坏形式和特征、荷载-应变关系曲线、荷载-泊松比关系曲线进行了研究,结果表明组合柱均为强度破坏。当组合柱混凝土由C30提高到C50时,其后期承载力提高约25%,当荷载大于0.8极限荷载时,钢材的泊松比明显增大。可知提高混凝土强度能明显提高组合柱的极限承载力,但试件塑性变形能力明显降低,且由于混凝土、钢骨、钢管的协同工作,组合柱具有较好的延性和承载力。 A new type of concrete filled steel tube column (hereinafter referred to as the composite column) was designed to study its failure process and mechanical behavioi*. Taking ferrule coefficient and strength grade of core concrete as test parameters, 8 composite columns were designed. The damage form, load-strain curves, load-poisson's ratio curves are studied. The results show that the failure modes are strength failure. It is found that the yield strength of the column increases about by 25 % When the strength grade of concrete increases from C30 to C50, When the load is greater than 0.8M, Poisson's ratio of steel increased significantly with load. Thus, the strength of concrete can significantly improve the ultimate bearing capacity of composite columns, but the plastic deformation of the specimen was markedly reduced.
