摘要
目的探讨痔疮术后创缘水肿患者给予地奥司明片治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月～2018年10月我院收治的80例行痔疮术后创缘水肿患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者给予常规抗感染与换药治疗,观察组则给予地奥司明片治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后创缘水肿积分、创缘水肿消失时间及患者生存质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(95.00%vs 77.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后,两组患者创缘水肿积分均有降低,且观察组在治疗后1 d、1周、2周创缘水肿积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创缘水肿消失时间短于对照组[(5.94±1.31)d vs (8.23±1.62)d],WHOQOL-100评分高于对照组[(78.61±5.18)分vs (63.58±4.62)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对痔疮术后创缘水肿患者给予地奥司明片治疗,其临床效果理想,能减少创面愈合时间,提高患者生存质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of dextromethorphan tablets in patients with postoperative hemorrhoids edema. Methods 80 patients with postoperative hemorrhage after hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional anti-infective and dressing treatments, and the observation group was treated with Diosmin tablets. The clinical efficacy, the score of wound edema before and after treatment, the disappearance time of wound edema and the quality of life of the patients were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (95.00% vs 77.50%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of wound edema in both groups were decreased, and the scores of wound edema at 1 d, 1 week, and 2 weeks after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The disappearance time of wound edema in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group [(5.94±1.31) d vs (8.23±1.62) d], and the WHOQOL-100 score was higher than the control group [(78.61±5.18) points vs (63.58±4.62) points],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with hemorrhagic edema after hemorrhoids is treated with diosmin tablets. The clinical effect is ideal, which can reduce the healing time of wounds and improve the quality of life of patients.
