摘要
目的探讨二仙汤合苍附导痰汤加减配合针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效观察。方法选择72例PCOS患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各36例。对照组患者给予西药常规治疗,研究组应用二仙汤合苍附导痰汤加减配合针灸进行治疗。检测2组性激素水平,观察患者月经状况、不良反应,评估卵巢体积、窦卵细胞数目、子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液评分。结果治疗后研究组患者血清促卵泡激素(FSH)的检测结果与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而黄体生成素(LH)和睾酮(T)检测结果与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者卵巢体积、窦卵细胞数目、宫颈黏液评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者子宫内膜厚度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者月经恢复时间和不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组排卵率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二仙汤合苍附导痰汤加减配合针灸治疗PCOS,能够有效降低雄激素水平,改善患者月经及卵巢状况,促进排卵,并具有较好的安全性。
Objective To investigatethe clinical efficacy of Erxian Decoction combined with modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction plus acupuncture for treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods Seventy-two patients with PCOS were randomly divided into the control group and the study group(n=36 each). The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment with western medicine. The study group was treated with Erxian Decoction combined with modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction plus acupuncture. The two groups were measured and evaluated for sex hormones, menstruation, adverse reactions, ovarian size, antral follicle count, endometrial thickness, and cervical mucus score. Results After treatment, the serum LH and T levels in the study and the control group, were statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The ovarian size, antral follicle count, and cervical mucus scores in the study group and control group were lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences( P<0.05). The endometrial thickness in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The time to menstrual recovery and the rate of adverse reaction in the study group were significancely lower than those in the con-trol group. In the study group, the ovulation rate was higher compared with the control group with statistically signifi-cant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion Erxian Decoction combined with modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction plus acupuncture for treatment of PCOS may effectively reduce androgen levels, improve menstruation and ovarian condi-tions, promote ovulation, and meanwhile offer better patient safety.
